CCleaner cleans only admin account under Windows 7
Problem:
CCleaner on Windows 7 only cleans the admin account used to allow the installation, not the standard user account.
When you launch CCleaner from the standard user account, the UAC kicks in and asks for an admin password. If you enter local admin passwd, it cleans the admin account. If the domain admin password is entered, it cleans the local copy of the domain admin account...
Solution:
Go into All programs/CCleaner and then right-click on "ccleaner.exe", then click on properties and security. There, among the list of users for the program, you have to add the name of the standard user that requires CCleaner, and then you have to check all the authorizations boxes (complete control, modify, etc).
Then next time you launch CCleaner from the standard user account, the UAC kicks in and again asks for a password. Now the difference is that you can simply enter the password for the standard user (not admin) and UAC will be satisfied with it. Then CCleaner will run and clean the standard user account as desired.

Not supported scanner driver Windows 7 , Windows 8
If you have an older scanner, which is not supported by Window 7 or Windows 8, you can find useful the VueScan Scanner Software program.
This helped e.g. using of HP ScanJet 3500C scanner on Windows 8.
The program costs about 40 USD.

Error message when you try to send or to receive email in Outlook 2010 or Outlook 2013: 0x8004010F: Outlook data file cannot be accessed.

Set up again the profile with correct settings.
Set as default.
You must delete demaged profile (email account, e.g.: IMAP).
After that, emails from "Outbox" folder will be sent out automatically.

Onboard NIC has correct IP address only after a full power off
Sometimes onboard NIC (network interface controller) has correct IP address (working well) only after a full power off (e.g Windows 7 / 8).
Make a full power off: unplug the PC from the power outlet for 20-30 seconds, then plug in.
If the error still remains, probably the mainboard injured.

USB port error - Windows 7 / 8
Sometimes one or more USB port seems to be wrong in Windows 7.
First take a try with a LiveCD, so you can determine whether the operating system is good or not.
If it good, worth to make a full power off. Unplug the PC from the power outlet for 20-30 seconds, then plug in.
If the error still remains, probably the mainboard injured.

Alcatel X200 USB HSDPA modem Windows 8 driver
There is no Alcatel X200 USB HSDPA modem driver for Windows 8.
But you can use the Windows 7 driver as well.
Just right mouse click on install32.exe or install64.exe (depending on your version of Windows) and choose "Troubleshoot compatibility".
After it you need to test the program.
The installer will ask you to plug out and plug in the modem, and save settings.
After that click on the suitable installer version (install32.exe or install64.exe) and the Alcatel X200 USB HSDPA modem driver will be installed properly on Windows 8.

For cleaning an infected PC you can use Kaspersky Rescue Disk.
Download Kaspersky Rescue Disk from Kaspersky website (ISO), burn it to CD (eg. using ImgBurn).
Or download the iso image of Kaspersky Rescue Disk 10 and a special utility and use this utility to record Kaspersky Rescue Disk 10 to USB devices.
