Lenovo Thinkpad - Built in microphone is not working in Windows 10

Built in microphone is not working in Windows 10 in Lenovo Thinkpad notebook.
(In Device Manager there is no any error e.g. yellow exclamation mark.)

Maybe the built in microphone is disabled and is not set as default.
But more likely you need to remove and reinstall the proper audio driver from Control Panel or Device Manager.
