How to competely remove pre-installed Office 365 (activation panel remained problem)

Symptom:
After removing a pre-installed Office 365, and install another version of Office (eg. Office 2016)  the activation panel of Office 365 remains.

Solution
Use Microsoft Fix it tool to remove the pre-installed Office 365
