HP655 Notebook needs BIOS update after upgrading from Windows 8 to Windows 8.1 (problem with Realtek driver)

Problem:
After upgrading Windows 8 to Windows 8.1 Realtek PCIe GBE Ethernet LAN will not work on a HP 655 Notebook, and it will be signed with yellow exclamation mark in Device Manager.

Solution:
BIOS update

(Now only this solution works. Realtek driver updtate from HP or Realtek don't work.)
