For cleaning an infected PC you can use Kaspersky Rescue Disk.
Download Kaspersky Rescue Disk from Kaspersky website (ISO), burn it to CD (eg. using ImgBurn).
Or download the iso image of Kaspersky Rescue Disk 10 and a special utility and use this utility to record Kaspersky Rescue Disk 10 to USB devices.

After burning CD or recording to USB device boot from CD or USB. and scan PC offline.

Windows 7 kms activation error - disable hibernation

Symptom
When you try to activate Windows 7, you receive an error message:
"Windows could not be activated."

Resolution
Turn off hibernation.
It was a desktop, so hibernation function was not important.
Shut down, turned off the power and given Multiple Activation Key (MAK) didn't work.

Manually:
Open an Administrator command prompt:
Disable hibernation: powercfg -h off
Enable hibernation: powercfg -h on

Automatically:
Run these Microsoft Fix it softwares:

Disable hibernation.
Re-enable hibernation.

Backup Your Bootable USB Installer to Image

If you want to create an image backup from your  bootable USB installer (Linux, Windows 7, Windows 8, 32 bit, 64 bit, Home or Ultimate Edition, etc.), you can use this useful little freeware: "USB Image Tool".
You can create backup to an image file, and restore from it to pendrive when you need the specified USB installer again.
