It is an XP driver but it works with Windows 7 as well.
You have to add it from the driver update menu in Windows 7 VGA driver section.

Excel cell: date number error
Symptom:
After giving different data series (from non-Excel format), certain cells in the given columns take a date value. Set to number format is giving back not the original number in that cell.
Solution:
Windows regional settings must be changed to English (United States) format.
Control Panel => Clock & Area => Region => Format
